Devin R. Vaage (/v-oh-gee/) is an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney at Roeder & Broder LLP.
Devin prosecutes and enforces patent and trademark applications. Devin has prepared, prosecuted, and successfully obtained patents in a variety of technical fields, including mechanical, electrical, computer-related, and medical device industries.
Devin serves international and domestic clients, ranging from solo inventors to Fortune 500 companies, in furtherance of intellectual property strategies that align with their business goals. He assisted a start-up medical device company in developing and managing a portfolio of around one hundred patent families internationally. Devin regularly collaborates with foreign associates to obtain registered patents, trademarks, and designs in the European Union, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, South Korea, and other nations.

Devin received his Bachelor's degree in Physics from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo ("Cal Poly") in 2016. In 2020, Devin received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
Devin is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Devin is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the San Diego Intellectual Property Law Association, and the California State Bar Association.
